H4LPC: Super Lazy Baked Butternut Squash!

1/ Preheat oven at 400F.
2/ Cut butternut squash in 4 at least, your dish size/bowl size
3/ Take off the seeds but keep them around!
4/ Spray oven sheet or pan/dish
5/ Dispose squahes skin up
6/ Sprinkle seeds all around
7/ Put in oven and bake for about 20mns
8/ Enjoy as is, it's super lazy and delicious!!!!
the seeds will be super good and very crunchy, perfect for salad, granola for the morning, porridge etc or with yogurt!

If you're even lazier, just put them in the microwave on a plate with some water for 8-12 mins...less cleanup. mmm!
