    <summary type="html">There is an Indian dish called "Allu Gobi" (sp?) where cauliflower is simmered with peas, few sweet onions, and lots of deliciously creamy masala curry sauce. It's DIVINE, and the cauliflower soaks up so much of the flavor and moisture that it just falls apart in your mouth. I highly reccomend it! Plus if you make it with skim milk rather than cream, it's much healthier than eating it with cheese...</summary>

    <summary type="html">I like it raw with dip, as an appetizer.  Also, my prefered way for most all veggies - steamed with butter and salt.  Mashed to sub for potatoes as per South Beach diet is more trouble than just eating it in chunks, but my honey prefers it that way.&#xD;
My no-no veggie is brussel sprouts.  *gag*  Oddly, in the same family as cauliflower and broccoli, and I'm totally ok with them.</summary>
