    <summary type="html">I have been expirimenting with different kinds of teas lately. I did find one that cures a chocolate craving with ease. &#xD;
The brand is Yogi and I'm really looking forward to trying their other stuff as well. They have teas and cereal:).&#xD;

    <summary type="html">Genmai Cha Green!!! All the way. If I'm looking to ditch the caffeine I just do the first steep run off then use the tea bag again and re steep. It gets rid of the vast majority of the caffeine. I love chocolate mate to! Guayaki makes a yummy, ethical, chocolate mate. One o these days I'll start brewing it myself with the bowl and all.</summary>

I've always heard that it's not necessarily true that fermented (black) teas are more highly caffeinated...this seems to bear this out.  I know that I've had a DEFINITE buzz from some white teas, even, but I'm pretty sensitive to caffeine.  I tend to rinse most teas (steep for 30 seconds, then pour the water off and brew the actual pot of tea), which seems to help a lot.  Not sure if you can do this with bagged tea, but most full-leaf teas will steep several times before the flavor is gone from the leaf : ).</summary>

    <summary type="html">Okay, I'm a total tea geek, so I had to chime in &amp;amp;lt;g&gt;.  Green tea should NOT be bitter.  Most of the time, it ends up that way because folks use boiling water to brew it (in my experience, anyhow).  Only black teas should be brewed with boiling water.  Imperial has some good tea basics on their site (and they a have marvelous teas):&#xD;

Gunpowder tea called this because of the way the rolled tea leaves look.  I find the flavor a bit grassy, but nice.  Often, it tastes a bit more like an oolong that other greens.  Depends on the purveyor, probably.</summary>

Generally, black teas are fermented and are therefore more like "coffee" than other teas. Higher caffeine, generally. White teas have the lightest flavor, least bitterness. I've always heard that greens have the most antioxidants – but they're all over the map as far as bitterness and caffeine; they range from low to high on both scales.&#xD;
&#xD;

hey, maybe someone could tell me the difference between different teas? Like caffeine content, which ones carry more antioxidants/ better for you and for what reasons. Stuff like that. That would be awesome because I am actually very curious. I love teas, but wish to be more informed about the LARGE variety out there:). Thanks.</summary>
