Make zucchini bread or muffins
Dice them up with some pablano peppers and add cheese for veggie tacos
Zucchini pancakes or fritters
Shred them raw into salads
Pick them small and pickle them
Pick them while still flowering - make stuffed zucchini flowers
Stuffed zucchini
And if you chop them/shred them up they can be added to pretty much anything.... meat loaf, stir fry, etc.
