Make zucchini bread or muffins&#xD;

Dice them up with some pablano peppers and add cheese for veggie tacos&#xD;

Zucchini pancakes or fritters&#xD;
&#xD;
Shred them raw into salads&#xD;
&#xD;
Pick them small and pickle them&#xD;
&#xD;
Pick them while still flowering - make stuffed zucchini flowers&#xD;
&#xD;
Stuffed zucchini&#xD;
&#xD;
And if you chop them/shred them up they can be added to pretty much anything.... meat loaf, stir fry, etc.</summary>
