I'd make one chocolate thing, you can never really go wrong with that - maybe some double choc chip muffins?
What about some kind of summer berry cheesecake, they're always very good for nice sunny days? :) -

Fri, April 25, 2008 - 10:52 AMconsider the temperatures where you'll be outdoors, and the perish-ability of the good you want to bring. If you don't have refrigeration, DON'T do cheesecake. Chocolate chips will be melty enough. -
