This isn't entirely 'lazy' but I made the rice earlier that week for another recipe and I made enough of the ground beef to use in several other recipes. It's a sweet-tangy-smokey burrito.
Slaw Goddess Burrito 9-19-09
Ingredients
tortillas of choice, heated up before rolling
some fried plantain slices with salt and lime juice on them
slaw: shredded cabbage and carrots, in slaw seasoning: lemon juice, dash of smoke seasoning, and stevia
spinach or lettuce
basil
spanish rice
some kinda beans, mine involved a can of chili actually
ground beef, browned with onions, garlic, dash of red wine, and smoke seasoning
tahini-lemon-yogurt dressing (literally those three things plus salt mixed with enough water to pour) or Goddess dressing
Instructions
1. Assemble the ingredients.
2. Dont die of a heart attack over how awesome this tastes.
