  Crush them a little and you have nibs, crush them more and you have cocoa...you can do anything with them that you'd do with cocoa. I'd make nibby chocolate brownies <g>. Or smush them with sugar and chili make hot chocolate. Or just SMELL them all day (that's what I'd do <g>).

    a coworker's son did a school project on chocolate and brought in the bag of them for display...she brought them to me and said "you're a foodie, you'll figure out something to do with them". First time I've ever been stumped !
    
    I was thinking a mole, actually....could just grind them up too. Decisions, decisions !
