Does anyone have some kimchee recipes they would care to share? i would love to start making it, and would love both simple, and complex, recipes. i love you in advance, thank you. :)

if l don't have dykon ?sp l use fresh ginger and a little red pepper sauce.... -

Tue, October 6, 2009 - 8:41 PMnot sure about seaweed- it's all going to get equally mushy so I think it'd all work (I choose other veggies to add based on crunchy potential). Strong flavored stuff better than something like dulse that would be lost in the cabbageness.
