You know, if you're lazy and don't have ethnic grocery stores in your town, there's a website for virtually every ethnic cuisine where you can order spices, ingredients, and even, sometimes, get vegetables and perishables delivered. I've been researching this for other Asian and Middle Eastern dishes for a food website I want to put together, and it's amazing how much stuff you can just get by mail (for a higher price than an international grocery store of course).</summary>

    <summary type="html">I LOVE Iranian food! I agree about it not being lazy preparation. My favorite dish (so far) is fasenjahn, which is chicken or duck in a pomegrante, walnut, and onion sauce. YUMSTERS!</summary>

    <summary type="html">I've had one very tasty meal prepared by a lovely man who was dating my mother.&#xD;

The flavor combinations were unexpected, the food was rich but not heavy, I enjoyed it thoroughly.  But afterwards he showed us some of the ingredients he used and they are definately not available here in gooberville.</summary>
