Ooh.. I don't know if I still have that slip of paper! *laugh* I basically just threw a bunch of stuff in until it looked right... I think it had tahini in it too.. and teff flour... and mustard powder. :P

I'll look for the recipe and post it if I find it. :)

I do kale chopped fine, with a little lemon juice and Bragg's. Mmm...

Shredded raw veggies and chopped cabbage with hummus mixed up

Chopped tomato and avocado with tamari and pepper

A sheet of nori with hemp seeds put into the food processor, over a scoop of warmed rice with tamari.

guacamole with raw cubed crookneck squash, over sesame Corn Thins

pickled beets, straight up. :)

home made corn/rice crackers (seasoned with nutritional yeast and tons of garlic) with a small salad

A HUGE cup of really hot tea with a cup of prunes. :D

raw turnips with a splash of apple cider vinegar and raisins

I'm strange! Yay!

avocado and hummus sounds wonderful together. I'll try that next time i make kale burritos.

for those, i normally slice a banana in half along it's length and roll each half in a kale leaf or two. sometimes, i'll mash the banana and sprinkle with cinnamon or hemp seed. yummy raw treat. But avocado and humus sound delicious and filling.

So here are a few lil' treats I have come to love because they are super easy to make!

Avacado on a rice cake: Just cut the avacado in half then slice one side into small pieces, scoop out the avacado and spread it onto a ricecake, sprinkle some salt onto and there you go. If you want to get fancy put a good heap of hummus on top of that! Or pesto.

apple and almond butter, or cashew butter: easy dunk the apple slices in the butter
