1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon&#xD;

2 chipotle peppers, roughly chopped&#xD;
1 (10-ounce) can chicken broth&#xD;
2 tablespoons peanut butter&#xD;
2 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped&#xD;
1 (5-pound) chicken, cut into 8 pieces&#xD;
Toasted pepitas (pumpkin seeds), for garnish&#xD;
White rice, for serving&#xD;

    <summary type="html">I used to think putting Lays corn chips on bread with cheese and mustard was weird, but not any more, started this as kid, when I was bored. I loved the taste of Lays corn chips, even potato chips on picnics and etc, so decided to put them in the same sandwiches I enjoyed eating them with, it is the taste combination of them being eaten at the same times.  I have found a few over the years who do the same thing with the mustard and chips.&#xD;
&#xD;
I met a girl years ago, who could not eat apple slices unless she dipped them in peanut butter, she said it was a family tradition. So I have come to the conclusion, weird is just what we have not tied or been exposed to yet. &#xD;
&#xD;
I just tried something the last couple days, I take  precooked mix veggies, mix with a combo cooked mix of brown rice and Quinoa, and season to my taste with  Soy sauce, red salsa and mustard, wow, very different and very good tasting.</summary>

When I was a kid, my brother and I would eat mayonnaise on white bread and dip it into a glass of milk. It was lovely, but sounds really gross now!&#xD;
&#xD;
Another thing I loved as a kind was picked artichoke hearts and orange soda. Gag!</summary>

    <summary type="html">the melted cheese is sort of oozy when I take it out of the espresso and put it onto the bread, but hardens up enough to hold it's shape once on the bread and away from the heat.&#xD;
i do drink the espresso before and while the cheese is in there melting, but after the oil from the cheese and toast crumbs are visible floating in the espresso, it becomes something to dip the cheese toast into, not really for drinking anymore. I am sure you could drink it but it just doesn't look appealing to me at that point.&#xD;
Also, it's gotta be EXTRA SHARP Cheddar. Mild or Sharp Cheddar just don't taste right.</summary>

    <summary type="html">Fresh French Bread - Toasted and lightly buttered&#xD;
2 parts hot milk mixed with 1 part Espresso brewed in the perculator in a coffee mug (spoonful of sugar if desired)&#xD;
Thick slice of extra sharp cheddar (about 1cm thick cut off the block of cheese)&#xD;
&#xD;
While Espresso/milk is still hot, drop the cheese into it and allow it to soften until it is nearly melted, then spoon onto toast. &#xD;
I continue to dunk the cheese toast into the coffee as I eat it.&#xD;
&#xD;
SOO YUMMY. This is our Sunday morning breakfast and it had not occurred to me that this would be considered a weird combo.</summary>

i would get a big bowl and empty a can of spicy bean dip in it. . .a can of tuna, a can of smoked oysters, add a dill pickle spear or two, some mushy avocado and a few tablespoons of rice.  i don't eat like that now, but what a wild treat.  sometimes i would add sour cream to it or plain yogurt. .</summary>

    <summary type="html">depends on what you call weird.....some people think the fact that I put green olives in my tuna or that my macaroni salad has tunafish and peas in it is weird. But I think the only truly weird ones are carrots dipped in dijon mustard (has to be Maille), or hoisin sauce on potato pancakes (not always, but sometimes...)</summary>
